TRAINING PROGRAMMES
The world belongs to the well-rested, whether they are customers or salespeople. The Training department devotes itself mainly to providing services to our retail partners, and offers, among other things, high-calibre further training opportunities for staff in the bed retail sector. Everyone knows that the best person to satisfy the customer’s strict requirements is an empathic and supremely competent sales contact who possesses extensive and detailed expertise. To enable our bed retail partners to work confidently and successfully with the very latest information and the best selling points, we support them by providing further training opportunities on a regular basis.
The training takes the form of interactive workshops and informative presentations, which provide participants with extensive specialist knowledge on the topic of sleep, as well as the associated product expertise.
The 2019 programme will kick off with a two-day training event, which we have developed in collaboration with AEH (Centre for Occupational Health and Safety). The training will focus, on the one hand, on deepening specialist knowledge of sleep in general and in relation to different sleep systems, while, on the other hand, devoting attention to serving customers in a confident and highly competent way, as well as individual personal development. Five renowned experts will provide the latest information and arguments for healthy and regenerative sleep during interactive workshops and informative presentations. Participants will also learn how to analyse customers’ individual buying behaviour more effectively in order to hold highly competent and successful discussions with customers.
